Founded by Dr. Saeed Ismail, inspired by Prof. Dr. Abdul Gaffar Billoo, and supported by dedicated philanthropists and healthcare professionals, PCA has emerged as a premier institution for specialized autism care in Pakistan.

Beginning from a single center in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, PCA has expanded its footprint across Karachi into three operational branches, serving over 1,000 individuals with special needs. The center focuses on early identification, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and smooth integration into mainstream educational systems, having successfully transitioned dozens of children into mainstream schools.

Core Interventions & Specialized Services:
Diagnostic Assessment & IEP Development: Comprehensive clinical and developmental assessments conducted by multi-disciplinary experts to evaluate every child’s cognitive, sensory, and behavioral profile.
